Did you get these tires? Thoughts?
That tire has been around for a while. I have not tried it. I have seen them and they look good.

I’m curious as well. Anyone with 33s have some insight as to how much room they have?
I have a 64" X3 XMR. Base before tires was 15" of ground clearance on the stock "30" Cryptids. I installed 33" ITP Versa Cross V3 on 15" 4/3 wheels and I have ever so slight rubbage mid inner fender under full turns, which doesn't affect performance at all. It also does not get any better or worse with suspension compression/extension. It just leaves a little shiny spot. this rubbage would be slightly worse with a 5/2 wheel (which I'd recommend over a 4/3) and might rub moderately with a 6/1.

just got some 29" km3s for my beast and was curious to see how everyone has fared with balancing the beadlock wheels. i got them as close to centered on the wheel as i could but wasnt sure how exact i needed to be. it almost looked like there was a little taper on the bead of the km3 so hopefully that helped line it up as i was snugging and torqueing the rings down.

thoughts on taking them in to try to have someone balance them? im paranoid after i got the tyre guider chinese junk and they shook terrible... even with beads in them to try to help out.

I don’t balance my wheels

I don't balance mine either. Let me know if your having a problem. There are a few tricks to mounting beadlocks.
will do, thanks!

I am hoping to take them for a run one night this week and see how they do. now that i have the beads seated, it might be a little easier to get them centered? is it worth while to loosen the rings and set them again now that i have them seated on the back?

Loosen and re-center if the tire is not centered on the ring. Use lots of soapy water. I use a 5 gallon paint bucket to set the wheel/tire on to do this. Bolt the wheel on when completed. Spin the wheel while its jacked up and if its going up and down the tire may be bad or the tire is not centered in the wheel. Semi tire beads will balance out most tire/wheel combos. Use about a cup full or at least one bag. If that does not work the wheel is bent or the tire is out of round too far to use.

thanks for the info! ill see how they look, as i eyeballed them pretty well to get them centered the first time. cant wait to try them!

Got the km3s put on tonight and went for a ride. Smooth as the road so that was great. Didn't even have to take the rings back off and mess with them so I'm very happy!

Much better than the tyre guiders!

Thanks for the help and info.
