My experience in off roading of all types is that 99.9% of the people are great and would do anything to help their fellow off-roaders. How many people you have never met will loan you tools, stop their own ride, go get you parts or even flat out give you parts to help in distress?
I agree with most of what you are saying but things are different now. Governments are increasingly looking to restrict people’s rights in so many areas, often completely unwarranted. I would say it’s mostly on one side of the political spectrum but the other side is also doing it just in different areas. Real freedom is rapidly disappearing all over the world and it’s pretty alarming. I’m not sure even voting for the “right” person is even possible anymore.
reality is we vote for the side that isn’t playing politics with the Ukraine situation. Amazing how the side that loves to go to war changes their mind on this because the other side is for getting to a resolution as it needs to as nato country’s are right there. seems we all forget exactly how ww2 started and the wording of why to invade Austria by Hitler. “ German speaking citizen's of Austria were being persecuted by Austrians. Wait why did Russia say they entered Donbas and Lugansk regions of Ukraine ? Because Ukrainian speaking Ukrainians were being persecuted by Ukrainian speakers. Well real interesting that everyone in ukraine speaks Russian maybe 20% speak Ukrainian. I lived in the donbas region for all of 2017. I can speak Russian not Ukrainian.
