Picking up my buggy Thursday and am wondering if the dealer can flash the ecu to remove the limiters and such?

thanks in advance!

I'm not about that but the 200HP car is pretty potent.

It’s unlikely the dealer either can, or will do it. Skidoochris may know differently but all the research I’ve done suggests the only way to change anything from factory programming is to actually modify the ECU and EVO is the only company doing it. Let us know what they telll you

I learned how to and got used to using the gas and brake at the same time on my Whalen tuned 2018 XDS. Mostly to get better clutch response coming back on the gas after hard braking. It works. I tried it on My 2022 XRS and it doesn't work. Gas pedal goes dead if you apply both for more than a split second. However, the instant reponse from the P drive primary makes up for it. You may find the same to be true. The 200 hp RR motor runs very good throughout the RPM range. No mid range flat spot like the stock 172 hp R motor. Mine does have a speed limiter, though. 88 MPH and it noses over. My tuned 2018 just keeps on pulling beyond that. The coolant temp runs higher on the RR. I have seen 205 degrees F. The tuned R motor never goes over 185. Good luck.

Unfortunately, the dealer isn't able to flash it. No big deal, was just wanting the ability if available. Might just have to do an EVO tune:cool: Had one on my Pro XP so I know what they can do with these machines!
