X3 wheels on a trail

Hey all,

Popping over from the X3 forums, my parents just picked up a 2022 Maverick trail 1000, I have a brand new set of 14" wheels with 30" Carnivores off a 2021 Can Am X3 DS Turbo R, does anyone know if the wheels themselves will fit? i.e bolt pattern and backspacing?

And i'm guessing the 30's won't fit? But wheels will?

Thanks all

The first number in the offset is how many inches the inside bead is from the hub face. The second number is the distance from the hub face to the outside bead of wheel. So a 5+2 sits more to the inside by one inch each side. A 4+3 is a deeper dish wheel than a 5+2 .

Yes I understand HOW the offset/backspacing works, hence why I was looking for the actual numbers...

the wheels fit, i recently fitted a set to get the trail through an MOT (annual car check) The offset brings them in close but they work.
Thanks. How much narrower did it make the machine? Also, i've always wondered, how much riding is there actually in the UK?

Factory Trail wheels are 12X6. Roughly a 5+1 offset
