That’s your EXACT problem, you are trusting a dealer for all this. Good luck, I foresee major issues and more of your money to be spent at another shop to correct what your “dealer” fell short on. Good luck, you will need it.
I hear what you are saying. part of that is my fault for buying a lot of parts. But i will buy all the other parts needed to make sure its as strong as it can be. Dealer told me not to run 35's so i bought 37's instead. lol. Its all fun and dont mind going all out. I only plan to use it on trails in the desert and do some interesting rock climbing. I spent a lot of money on things that i simple wanted to have for my enjoyment. I do value the input of parts that needed to be upgraded and will simple just have them installed. Thanks

Since the build is already crazy, don't forget to put a custom vinyl wrap on it and powder coat your wheels to match.
I have to leave something for later after i put a few scratches on it. And since i am over budget by $20K i will have to wait. 😄

Why put portals? This seems like it's just gonna be a pavement pounder
It wont see any pavement. I will be using it for desert trails and rock climbing. After seeing my buddies rock crawler i saw the need to have some extra clearance to somewhat keep up with what he will be doing.

Did you watch King of the hammers today? Did you see one of those utvs have portals? Absolutely not! And they were doing some crazy rock climbing. As far as desert goes, I would rather have the car planted then have it 26" of ground clearance. I really think you need to rethink your build. Sounds like you're building a east coat mud pit rig/pavement pounder

Can't rethink the build as already have the portals in my spare room waiting to be installed. If i dont like them i can take them off and sell,but. I really dont see me doing that. Never know until you try it for yourself to find out what you like or dont like.

All the the weak links are getting upgraded. Wont be doing the crazy high risk rock climbing just the challenging rock climbing. I am sure some damage will happen but thats just part of what goes with off roading.

Far be it for me to say anything about builds, as I've spent a ton of money, but I just don't see 37s working. I see you tearing up transmissions, clutches, and God knows what else. But I wish you luck, look forward to seeing the finished build.

With the Portal 30% gear reduction the gearing will be lower then with the factory tires, so in theory all drivetrain components will have less stress on them then running the factory tires.
