Would like to know if there is any improvement in handling by doing this,
Would like to hear from people that have done this and there review.

I know this is not an absolute solution to tuning the suspension but would like to know if there is an improvement for no cost.

Regards.

Also can the whole assembly be swapped or are the shocks different lengths /valving front to back, I'm might try this at the track on the weekend.

Ok, So the consensus is , don't be a cheap ass , buy new springs /revalve for performance.

And at least a rear revalve to address the rear rebound.

Yes spring alone can not fix these issues from a performance standpoint. We tried for months and decided it was a waste of time and a bandaid over a problem.
