I am going to 30 inch mongrels for the reasons of better durability, longevity, and improved ride. I am also wanting to add some width to help with the tipsy ness of the max when fully loaded. So I am looking at 14x8 wheels with 4 inch offset. The question that I have is about bead locks. What are you guys opinions and or experiences that would lean you one way or another. I primarily will ride this set up in the desert and mountains, no mud, minimal rock crawling and no pavement.

I have a cordless driver with a torque adjustable clutch on it. I set it to the proper torque and hit all of the screws. It takes about 2 minutes to do all 4 tires.....

Is there any way to put a beadlock on a wheel that doesn't originally come with a beadlock.
I have 12" wheels I like, I don't want to have to get rid of them but my wife has officially tore two tires off the bead since our new clutch setup. I can try and explain Again how a rim n tire meet to her....to no avail anyway or just make it a lot hard for her to do it
