First time owner of 2014 Maverick Max 1000. Me and my neighbor bought them together. We went out riding with the wives and not five mins into the ride my friend laid his on its side. Now my wife is freeked out and wants a longer wheel base before she rides again. (Maybe ill just not put them on LOL ). I was told wheel spacers are a good option. But I also heard it could cause problems. Any feed back?

I wouldn't do the spacers myself. I would look into wheels with a wider offset.

All the RZR guys I know run them, and talk like they are gods gift to UTVs.

Seems all the Maverick guys I talk to say they are horrible. My only guess is the geometry of the Maverick doesn't work well with the extra track width. I have spacers on the rear of mine, but not enough time to say how much they help.

Have you tried lowering the suspension? Lower CG = more stability.
