With Hiper I believe you can get a 5+1.
Not all 5+2 wheels are the same. I had a customers vehicle in here with 5+2 hipers and it was 66" wide. Mine has Method 5+2 wheels, both beadlocks and mine was 64" wide on the same tire.
I have the 5+1 Hiper all around, I'm 65" in the front and 64" in the rear. A 5+1 in the front and 5+2 in the rear would make it even at 65". OMF can build whatever u want down to about a 1/2" offset on the outside, but they were in the $650 a wheel range.
