Ordered some parts so I have something to do while it's cold out.

ST springs
OEM rack
S3 tower brace
And then some misc. items like wheel bearings, bushings, and brake pads. Outta keep me busy for at least a weekend.

I guess you all can put a heater in the garage for winter SXS maintenance good luck and share some photos of your build
Installed utv inc flat roof. Rugged radios. Half windshield. Heated seats. Kwi clutch kit. Have to order a new primary inner sheeve and shaft though. When i took it apart the shaft the one way bearing rides on has some heavy scoring in it. Explains why my seconday was turning. Tried to sand it down a little to hold off for a bit. Bought the car used with 32 hrson it. Surprised it was like that. Be my first trip out this weekend with it.

I did snap lower passenger S3 A Arm, and snap upper Keller ball joint off at the same time on a hard side impact climbing the escalator way to fast in Moab. This was all due to driver error. CT Arms were not available when I started my build or I would have just put them on to start with.

I think I also cracked my Tie Rod mount on same impact in Moab that broke arm, and tie rod as on my next ride in Sand Hollow it snapped off, and I wasn't doing anything difficult at the time. I am lucky it snapped off when I was on flat ground and not climbing a steep cliff or it would have been a nasty situation losing all steering. I also was lucky that @RZR_Joe was out there on the trail to weld it all up for me to get my Can Am off the mountain.

No. I Left my Can Am on the mountain and rode the rest of the day in @craigstumph SXS. What an eye-opening experience that was seeing what someone experienced could climb in a SXS. At the end of the day RZR Joe took the part and welded it then I drove it off the mountain.

Not sure what break down you were referring to. Sand Hollow we welded part up and drove it out. In Moab I had a tow service come haul me off the mountain, but I can't remember who the service was. This is the video of the tow company that towed me out of Moab.

Moab has great towing services for when you break. I was able to drive from Vegas to Moab, break down 3 hours later, get towed out, and back in Vegas all in less than 24hrs. Not my ideal 1-day trip but could've been a lot worse without a tow service available.

Yes S3 did full warranty. I did the arm replacement and ran 12 hours at Sand Hollow without any issues. S3 arms are good just not good enough for my talent of breaking things.

Thats nice when you pay that premium for quality and they stand behind it like that.

I’m really bad at this picture taking thing…. Front wheel bearings, EBC pads - done. Rear wheel bearings, rear hub bushings, pads, rear axles (on this one to try and prolong replacing the gear), - in progress. and I’ll pull the clutches off and go through them before I call it done.

What winch are you running in the SATV bumper? I like the flat fairlead location a little higher up. I have the Warn Axon 4500 and not many bumpers fit it.
