I just purchased the Evo V flow intake kit from another member, I had planned on tuning but have decided to go with wheels/tires and clutching right now. I have looked everywhere but everyone who is running the v flow is also running a tune. Will this cause any lean issues running this intake without a tune? Machine is all stock except for gutted cat. Thanks

This is the airbox exit and tubing piece right? It's supposed to give better flow to the turbo intake, also supposed to get a bit better throttle response. It's on my list of things to do, but it's kinda steep at $190 for a small increase.
Yes, suppose to help with throttle response. I thought it was a little steep as well but found one from another member, still new in the box with a newer style air box housing (latches instead of the twist on) for less than the price of the evo kit itself. And had planned on doing the tune now but we have a big ride planned the end of the month and i think ground clearance will be more beneficial to me than power until i get some more cash stashed away from the wife lol
