Quick up date: I was in Glamis this past weekend for Camp RZR fun. Put about 140 dune miles on the Super ATV arms while we were there. The new trailing arms handled the abuse of the dunes with ease. Everything is looking good and solid. These are going to be a huge success when they hit the market.

It was busy out there. We still managed to find lots of areas to dune without worrying about the crowds.

Just got back from 6 days in Glamis. Put another 370 dune miles on the trailing arms. Everything is holding up really well. Super impressed with the new design of the Super ATV trailing arms.

Honestly they look just a nice as the trailing arms that cost almost 3 times as much.

Maybe a dumb question...but...what is wrong with the OEM trailing arms? Why change? Any benefits for the average rider?
Stock Trailing arms start getting cracks. I got 500 miles out of mine when I noticed the cracks. Mine also is not your normal lite machine as I am over 4K when loaded up. I am having trailing arms made with the rear steering so thats whey I haven't already upgraded the stock trailing arms.

Stock ones will develop cracks. Last car they showed up after a ton of miles (7,000+). New ride cracks showed up in under 1,000 miles.

It might be a "jumping the car" thing? With the weight when landing? I dont recall hearing this from the trail riders like me. Or we just didnt noticed.
But they sure look damn good!!!

Most people don't " jump the cars "

The trailing arms do seem to crack with time as well as the chassis.

Who's the guy on here with all the basically street miles and his car cracked in so many places he replaced the chassis when he could no longer keep up with cracks.

Granted he had a lot of miles but I bet he tells you he doesn't " jump" the car.

Way to thin of material and very rigid material.

I don't really jump my car. It gets some air on occasion, but I am not hucking it 6' in the air. I think just the general stress of higher speed desert and dune stuff causes the metal to fatigue. On my current car the stock trailing arms cracked at the weld, which means Can Am did not do a good job on the welding.

The Super ATV trailing arms give you you more clearance over stock.

Yup. Dunes are way harder on stuff than trails from what I have seen, likely because of the tremendous speed difference.

Been putting more miles on the trailing arms. Spent another 7 days in Glamis over the holiday and have over 1,000 miles on the trailing arms. They have been flawless so far.

As soon as the rain stops in So. Cal I am hoping to get some more mileage on them in the desert.

I recommended a set of these to a guy I run with. He had a little issue with one of his stock arms over the weekend.
