Curious if this is an item you guys are finding needs to be replaced.. If so how would you recognize its due to be replaced?

You'll hear them start to rattle, you’ll know then.

I throw my X3 on the lift after every long ride and shake/wiggle/look at everything. You shouldn't have any play in the arms but a tiny bit is acceptable. If you wiggle them and you get a fair amount of movement or movement and clunks it's time to replace.

7k miles with no issues at all.

replace them when they start rattling
Well that makes sense as to why I couldn't find much info when I searched for it. I dont think its rattling so I assume i'm good to go :)

My trailing arms developed cracks well before the bearings were close to being bad. I had over 7,000 miles on the trailing arms.
