2008 Sportsman Sportster 3010 bumper pull toy hauler. 10 foot garage, 2 flat screen TV's, radio with cd player, DVD player. Slide in living room, awning, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, frig, porcelain toilet, queen bed. Non smokers. Lots of storage. 110 gallon fresh water tank. Outside shower. Fueling station. Ducted heat and a/c. $20,000 obo. Located in Texas.

Ours will not fit, if you don't have bumpers or a winch it may but I'm not sure.

I looked up the specs and a maverick is 118.8 inches and the garage is 120 inches so...

Yes it is too tight. As far as the dirt bike, If you park all the way to one side then I think a dirt bike would fit.
