Ordered a set of rings from them.
I received them within a few days, great quick shipping and processing.

I assembled them on my Maverick and noticed during testing that two rings have a few LEDs which are randomly flashing.
Once I push my finger on them they stop flashing and stay lid up.

I wrote an email to TricLED with a short video showing the flashing.
They replied the next day and informed me that they will send a new set as soon as they finished and bench-tested it. No questions asked.....

Well, it's a bit of a bummer to take the faulty rings out and assemble new ones but the customer service is nothing short of fabulous.

Crap happens with all manufacturer/suppliers, the customer service in case of issues is what sets them apart.

TricLED gets both thumbs up.
