Yes I beleive ignore amos has one, but he didn't reply to any requests for added results
Keep me posted on what you find out. I already have the clutches and Muzzy. I'm just waiting to hear from someone that adds the airbox & TB so I can see what it adds.I just received mine on Friday and haven't had a chance to open the box yet. I'm getting Dynoed this week then I am adding the TB, Muzzy's, Clutch and Air box to see if it actuallys makes a difference. I hope it does.
I have posted a number of times about our TB...including who to get one from, so not sure what your referring to...Yes I beleive ignore amos has one, but he didn't reply to any requests for added results
I knew you have posted but never saw an actually hp improvement gain post from the TB. thats all I meant.I have posted a number of times about our TB...including who to get one from, so not sure what your referring to...
No worries...I didn't take it in any wrong way..just trying to define what I needed to address...since our TB was nnot tested before or after on its own... I couldn't tell you what it would do independently. I think if you spoke to Wade form Injectioneering 310-953-2915 he could prob answer that pretty well and in a very technical way.. we added ours to the Mav with a new very large and free flowing UMP intake, Dynojet PC5, Muzzy exhaust and clutching...overall the motor is very very strong....I knew you have posted but never saw an actually hp improvement gain post from the TB. thats all I meant.
Not to stray from the TB basis of the thread...no, we have Run CV tech in the Commander...and the full STM 3 and 6 primary and secondary in the Maverick...which we broke at the Vegas to Reno (broke the STM3 at the Mint 400)...we finished the last 500 miles on the stock primary and secondary...We might be running a prototype STM clutch made up of all new materials here shortly- we are still talking to them. Can Am racing feels the best set up currently is prob the stock primary with the updated bolt and EPI spring kit with the STM secondary (specially made to run with the Stock CA Primary)...cant give all the secrets away...prob said too much alreadyAmos, are you running the OEM clutch?
Thanks for the contact info. I already have the muzzy exhaust with digi-tune and a QSC/STM clutch set up. I have been wanting to do the intake at the same time as a larger TB but only if it gives me some performance gains. No worries...I didn't take it in any wrong way..just trying to define what I needed to address...since our TB was nnot tested before or after on its own... Simple. Because when push comes to shove and its clutch breaking time, the Can-Am clutch just slips and drops all the power for you!!!!!!! OMG, see? Can-Am had our backs all along right??? Errr...wait...nevermind. :crying:The only problem I have with the factory primary other than them snapping the old bolts is how it pinches the belt at low speeds. I find it interesting how the factory primary holds up for ignore Amos under harsh conditions
