Nice poooch. Love that breed. I been thinking about getting me one. I've had goldens before but now cant decide between a golden or a chocolate.
Best dog period!!

And just stay stay on topic, no one can go wrong with Royal Purple like Swerve said, it can be gotten any local AP store.

I use all Lucas racing oils 5-40w full synthectic and diff and trans lubes.
I ran Lucas in my 2012 KX450f for a few months and when draining it I thought it was coming out super thin. For my bike I have been running Motul which when drained seems to have a nice consistency. Not saying there is anything wrong with Lucas at all. That was just my experience with it.

We run the Brad Penn oil , it has a lot of Zinc and Phosphorus in it which help keep the wear down since most oils have been mandated to reduce there Levels of Zinc for passenger cars. All of the Big Boat motor Builders use it in there Monster 1200 to 1750 HP motors.

For what it's worth, I ran regular non synthetic Rotella T 15-40 in several motocross quads spanning from about 2003 to 2008 and I never had a single oil leak. I also never had any major engine problems. But the oil got changed every 2-4 hours of use.I'm not saying I promote using something that isn't up to specs or that isn't specified for our engines.. Just sharing a little of my experience with it. My Mav is still on the dealer installed engine oil, at 5.5 hours, but it will be getting Mobil 1 at 10 hours. I use it in every engine we own, both diesel and gasoline. Have had good luck with it.

I too have used Maxima oils in everything I own that goes off-road or in the water since the mid 1980's. I too have a new puppy which is my favorite breed, his name is Leo, short for Leonidus. WE ARE SPARTA!!! 100_0113.jpg

Royal Purple API-licensed Motor Oil | Royal Purple
I use the 0-40w

Synchromax ? Manual Transmission Fluid | Royal Purple
For the trans

Max Gear - High Performance Gear Oil | Royal Purple
For the diffs

Purple Ice® - Radiator Coolant Additive | Royal Purple
for my radiator (this is good stuff, the best I have used)

Max-Boost® Octane Booster & Stabilizer | Royal Purple
I also run this at half strength

Ultra-Performance Grease | Royal Purple
I use this for all the joints

Red Line Synthetic Oil - Grease and Assembly Lube - CV-2 Grease
I use this for CV Joints and there is nothing better in my opinion.

Like I said over and over, I use Royal Purple because it's outstanding oil and I can get it at just about any auto parts.

As for the Oil Filter before I added my oil cooler I bought those in bulk on ebay and changed them with every oil change.
Interesting on the trans fluid. My 14 manual says use 75-140 gear oil in the trans
