I removed my rear sway bar on my Maverick and love the articulation, smooth ride and traction I get over obstacles and rough terrain.
The amount of sway at speed and the amount the Maverick leans on a side hill when fully loaded however are a bit concerning. Are there any options such as a smaller more flexible sway bar or dual rate springs that would help?
Put a good ride on this weekend without the rear sway bar. I think I am going to leave it out as long as I am running the big mud tires. You get used to the boat like handling. The improved articulation and traction through rough terrain is like night vs day and once you get a taste of it, it would be hard to go back . Sway bar out and QE diff this thing tackles rough terrain with ease, and the ride is incredibly smooth.
