Hi, I was wondering what suspension settings i should run on my X3 XDS on a dirt track, its got fairly grippy tires and i’m looking to be able to slide corners without much body roll but also take jumps without breaking my back.

Welcome from Tucson AZ. There are a ton of suspension threads on here, especially Poundsand's thread. You should at least have 16" of ground clearance front and back, if not more.

It is an XDS. You do not want 16" of ground clearance. That is for an XRS. You want 14 to 14.5" depending on tire size. Lower your crossovers to minimize body roll.
