My steering wheel turns more to one side than the other. When the front wheels and steering wheel are pointed straight ahead I get a little less than a full 360 degree of the steering wheel turn before it stops, about 7/8 of a full turn; compared to about 1 1/8 turns the opposite side.Since It can turn a little sharper one on the 1 1/8 side is that going to put more stress on the front steering components? If I have to re-align the front end where do I start so the rack and the steering wheel come out centered?

If your tie rods are adjusted the same side to side you need to pull the steering shaft and see if you can rotate it a tooth.
Adjust the tie rods first and see what happens. Pull and reinstall steering shaft second.

Maybe that's just the way they are.I'll stop by my dealer and see what a new one is like.

Seems to be about the same on both sides on new ones. I suppose this happened when I aligned the wheels,if it bothers me I'll start over.
