Hello I just bought a 2021 maverick x3 turbo and this model doesn’t have the signature lights. So I have ordered a pair off Amazon but was wondering how to install them do I have to cut any holes out or buy a whole new front grill piece?

Thought they all came with them. Too bad you already ordered some as I have a pair of new takeoffs I'd make you a good deal on.
I have a 2021 and for mine the wire hookups were there already. All I had to do was remove the plastic where the lights go and those just popped off, no drilling or cutting.
