Might be available but buyer beware. I would stick with made in the USA hardened steel just for the fact when you torque down on it the bolt doesn’t break. If those are grade 2 vs. a grade 5 or 8 you will get what you paid for. If you have a 50/50 chance you could end up spending $100 buying it twice. Sometimes cheaper does not mean better. If it doesn’t list the grade of steel then you most likely are buying the cheaper one.
