Doing the 10 hr. service at 20 hrs. Got that drain plug out of the rear diff with a little cussing, now don't wanna put it back in. Does anyone know the swap over to a socket head bolt; size/length and pitch? Looks like a M9x1.0-10mm. Where the heck do you get one of those to make the next time less stressfull. Thx in advance.

I cut the hole bigger in the rear skid so I could more easily access the drain plug.

Just take it up to the auto parts store they got drain plug bolts/ Ive changed all mine..its amazing how every bolt and screw on the mav is sloppy....(go China)

I picked up a dozen of each of the drain plugs and consider them one time use items. Let 'em drop into the drain pan and replace with new when I service. They are pretty cheesy and real soft.
