I would like to know what your engagement RPM is with the different after market primary clutches?

Thats the thing with the aftermarket clutches. You can adjust where you want your engagement at, with different primary springs

epi and Dalton make springs and weights for the stock clutch

All primaries to include the OEM have the ability to adjust the engagement RPM by changing the springs.....

I have mine set to engage between 2-2100 rpm. I like it a lot although it seems to run more rpm while cruising. Does anybody know if I were to lower engagement down to 17-1800 rpm if that would lower my cruising rpm and by how much?

So are you saying that if I lower the engagement with a different spring the cruising rpm should be the same as a spring with higher engagement.
