I'm going to order some stainless steel hose clamps to secure my header wrap, I'm currently using the flimsy Home Depot style clamps.

I did not measure my pipes once I wrapped it but I thing the diameter was 2 inch in the straight piece in front of the clutch and 1.5 inch for the rest.

Anyone can confirm or do I have to take the plastics off to measure?

Thanks a bunch.

That sounds correct , if I remember. You can also use tie wire to hold the wrap in place.
Thanks Desertdog, I will go ahead and order for 2 inch and 1.5 inch diameter. I think those clamps have a range of 1/2 inch or so, so I should be good.
Yeah, I thought about tie wire but I'm kinda picky, it was to work flawless AND look good :)
