Any tips on removing a qsc primary? I bent my puller a little already. Smacked with a hammer and nothing budging Figured I would hit the forum up before I do any thing else. Also I tried to remove the allen screws that hold the cover on and broke my allen tool off in the allen head bolt. Why are these suckers so tight!! I need to do some adjusting on the weights.

Put one layer of pipe tape on the puller threads and squirt some hydraulic fluid in the hole and insert puller quickly. Tighten down and tap puller with a hammer. Tighten more and tap again. If that doesn't work, hit it with an impact wrench....

He needs a QSC puller. Is it the same as the stock Can Am puller?
The QSC uses a polaris puller or qsc makes a puller also.

I usually take a block of wood and a hammer and tap it on the side in about three different places and it pops right off. Sometimes it takes a good little lick.
