I just recently acquired a QE diff out of a 2014 XXC for my 2013 XRS. Was wondering does the QE take the same 75w90 for gear oil or does it use 75w140?

Thanks in advance guys!

So the QE takes the same then? I read in the owners manual they recommend 75w90 for the rear as well. Is that not true?

I would go check the BRP website. You can download a copy of any year and model Can Am SxS. The owners manual will have the oil spec.

My owners manual and the service manual for the 2013 states 75w90 GL-5 Synthetic for the diffs and 75w140 for the gear box.
