Went to start maverick up and found the battery dead. Charged up the battery and now I'm getting PPS Fault going across the dash followed by push override for limp mode.
Any ideas?
Disconnect both cables. Touch them together for about 2 minutes.. This Is called capacitive discharge. Then reconnect cables to battery and see how it acts afterwards. Let me know...
Had a low battery after my maverick 1000 had been sitting in the garage for a few months put jumper on it and it did start but then there was code on the screen that read pps. Was told battery was bad. Replaced battery and still the same. Any help please.
Very old thread, you’re better off starting a new thread. You probably need to clear the code. You’ll need a BUDs system, and usually dealers are the ones that have them.
