just got installing new power flip,quick question to anyone that has installed one,it seals fine along the roll cage ,it will not totally close against the dash,there doesnt appear to be that much ajustment to make it seal up totally,any tips or tricks that i might be missing,any ideas thanks in advance

Mine seals tighter on the sides than it does on the lower side, can you see daylight at the bottom when it is closed? This is the Can Am power flip and not the Super ATV power flip right?
When I installed mine it was the same way. I loosened the bolts on the lower section of the frame along the dash, then I shimmed open the windshield on each side. With the shims (rags) in place i had someone push the center of windshield while I tightened the bolts On the frame. This made the gap much better almost completely sealed.
so it probably had 3/4 of an inch in some spots when installed,went on a 50 mile ride yesterday,when moving it seems to close up for the most part,after the ride it seems like it relaxed some,just disappointing,to spend that much and not have it perfect,but i'll tell ya i think it probably is the best investment i've made yet ,,so its better than it was ,,thanks
we have one and love it. had it installed by the dealer though. make sure to use loctite of the bolts. We have one that likes to work it's way loose every other ride.
