Last ride was extraordinarily dusty and haven't had it started since then. Started up tonight, got Check engine light and P code 131. Checked sensor, connections, etc- all look ok. Air filter was horribly dusty, I will replace tomorrow morning.
Could the dirty air filter alone cause it to throw this code? If so, once I replace should the code clear itself?
Or something else I need to do or take to dealer?
Thanks in advance.

Clogged air filter could be making it run rich, or out of range, get a particle separator from S&B, and stop worrying about the air filter.
Put a new filter in it, start it up, run it around for 10 minutes, see if it clears. Then order a S&B...
