Hello, I just purchased a 2015 Maverick Max. I can not get it to shift into low gear. I checked the connections and everything looks solid. I also disconnected the linkage and tried to shift it into low gear manually, and it would not show that it was in low gear on the display. (I didn’t drive it with the linkage disconnected).
Is there any common issues that I could look into, or is this a sign of a more serious (transmission) issue?
Thank you for any help!

Check your clutch. When you tried without linkage was the buggy running?

Yes the buggy was running when I tried without linkage. What should I look for while looking at the clutch? I had thought that the one way bearing might be out because the belt slips intermittently, but now I’m thinking that there is a problem with the transmission also.
side note: there is a STM 3p clutch installed on this buggy that was installed when I purchased the buggy.
Thank you for the help
