I grew up in eastern Iowa...it's a bit of a hike from you guys but I always used to take my odyssey, quads, motorcycles, and even a blazer to a spot just north of Iowa city about 10 miles, it was called 600 Acres, great riding from what I remember they had mud water trails the whole nine yards it was 600 acres of open space. Google: 600 acres Iowa ... that will show you all you need
