Not sure on my eye. Probably doing 25 year old work in a 50 year old body.
I had a previous (actually two) injury. I regularly jump off equipment, swing a 20 pound sledge hammer, crawl in tight awkward spots and shoot a lot so lots of things could have done it or contributed.

I had to cut the lid and it now installs in two pieces. Works fine. The joint is right under the bar.
Great catch! I was gonna update my LSK cage thread for that.

I was going to order a wrap until my eye gave out. I knew I couldn’t finish in time if I did.
May do it after we get back.

What type of design for the wrap?
Nice car. What’s your ride height? Car looks kinda low for being on 35s

Haven’t checked it yet.
I literally just drove it around trying to get the suspension to settle out. It has 2 miles on it.

Eye is healing good. I have an appointment with the doctor the morning we are supposed to leave to get the all clear.
Can’t use it yet but it is starting to clear the blood out.
Miserable experience. I had to spend five days after surgery with my head faced down at all times.
Yaaaaa... that would suck, for sure... howd you deal with staying face down the whole time?

Glad you are doing better!

There is a few things you can do facing down but they can only entertain for 20-30 minutes a day…….plus she still had her daily chores to do…..

I watched a lot of documentaries. I feel like a WW2 historian.

I have/had the same cage. I recut/ground out the intrusion bars to spread them further apart so the lower cross bar could move up so I could get the cover off. What is your clearance from helmet to cage? I have PRP seats and the higher seats only gives me 2 fingers of clearance. One reason why I stated "had".

Good looking car and be safe
