Hopefully, there’s a little truth in that!Heard a rumor from a good source today along the lines of things mentioned previously. New machine model, bigger, wider, more travel. Some will love it but it may not be what all of us are exactly looking for.
I only say that because I ride a variety of terrain and believe the X3 is the best universal platform.
you duners and and high speed desert only guys should be happy though!
I wasn’t told anything specific, I was just on the phone ordering parts and started asking what they might know and that’s all I was told. He said he knew a couple other little details but not a whole lot, and he wasn’t allowed to say much else. Can anyone provide any details? weight? travel? Power plant info?
It would make sense for BRP to drop their new model. Every other manufacturer has played their hands, and BRP / Can Am knows what is out there.I wasn’t told anything specific, I was just on the phone ordering parts and started asking what they might know and that’s all I was told. I know, sounds fishy lol but I guess canam is really trying to drop a bomb on this one.
I was confused in regards to if there’d be a 24’ X3 too, or just the new model they’re releasing but I didn’t want to press too much

It would behoove BRP to keep doing what they have been doing. Same new model, wider for the West coast, skinnier for the East coast. Everybody has a choice, and should be happy.Hopefully about as wide as a Pro R
Really makes the most sense... got the name scheme started with the X3 with 3 cylinder, now with X4 and 4 cylinder. Have the proven power plant as well.
Does Can-Am even have a 4 cylinder in anything already?Really makes the most sense... got the name scheme started with the X3 with 3 cylinder, now with X4 and 4 cylinder. Have the proven power plant as well.
Lets go!!!
no but they have an awesome 1630cc tripleDoes Can-Am even have a 4 cylinder in anything already?
I agree, part of the new class of Jeeps. All the cost, none of the creature comforts. This will be THE class for the wide open country folks. (And people back east trying to fit them on Two way trails that barely let a 64" machine pass another 64" machine without falling off a mountain)I think they will drop a whole new genre. The others would be upgraded at a later date to "keep them fresh". I feel the x3 will stay in the lineup.
