I believe it’s only a few weeks until the on-line dealers meeting, just wondering Wtf anyone thinks is about to happen/change for the 2024 lineup. I’m waiting to buy a new XMR RR
What should change on the Mavs anyone dead against anything currently bugging them?

I don't think everyone here cares whether you're excited or not.Just because someone wants to go thrash their shit till it breaks doesn't make it weak. Why not sell it and get something else.?
I’m sitting here confused at which car for 50k would even come close to live up to his expectations

Next generation of Speed! 🤣 Be sure to get your deposits in early!

Seriously, the bearings, axles, driveshafts, suspension, frame... are all more than up to the task for most consumers.

Yes we ride hard and yes we tear up stuff. I don’t understand how you all get so angry over a man who drives hard and has repair bills.
Wouldn’t it be nice to get home one weekend without replacing everything? Most folks will never understand but I’d love to revisit this thread 4-5 years from now and see the real life results.

If there is a will there definitely is a way. Not too many SXS cost as much as a house in Arizona. House would have been a better investment but a house wouldn't be as much fun.

This car isn’t for a lot of people given the width. A 72” X3 is not worth owning the trails we run here. I’d like to see a survey of how many on this forum run 72” and 64”. Perhaps there’s a narrower model coming if not BRP will loose millions. Can’t see that happening.
So we wait.
They still sell the X3.

Why would they lose millions?

Yes the 64” X3 is available and it’s awesome. Like most I’d like to upgrade and have the newer technology.
This machine caters to a select few that are lucky enough to have the terrain and the space to stretch its legs. I’ll have to stick with the 2020rr max. It’s tuned clutched etc. That damm elastic drive belt. Be nice to be rid of that.

I have no doubt the DCT will be available in more models in years to come.

Its impressive.

If it holds up it will be the new normal for every SXS that's higher end.

I bet low end units are going to say with CVT, but mid to high end will all be DCT soon.

All this talk about 64 inch leave us guys with the 84 inch out of that conversation. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Now back to those cracks my Late model 2021 has only cracked both trailing arms, but that was the only stock part left and now its also replaced. My 2021 doesn't have a lot of miles on it, but it also might be one of the heaviest Can Am's out there that and I would think it would show up any issues much faster than all the Can Am's that are still very lean rather that Fat.

I wonder if the "narrower" R will still be wider than a 64, like 68" or so?

Also didn't we see other patent pics where the tall knuckle didn't protrude over the tire quite as far? Or am I imagining that?

Some people can break a bulldozer and still complain it’s not made strong enough.

As for can-am frames the thicker or stronger they make it the heavier it’s going to get. Then you need more power to compensate and wider stance to keep it from being overly tipsy. There always needs to be a balance to the level of strength and weight vs performance. That’s the real challenge and it isn’t easy. Unless you don’t care about performance then just build it like a bulldozer. That still wouldn’t be enough for some people though.

Give a bunch of youtubers who want to create click bait brand new cars to beat on for free and a couple parts get broken. Color me shocked.

Talked to CT Raceworx today.

He said they should have their Mav R in a couple of weeks.
They are going to build a kit to install 37’s on it.
He wasn’t sure if they were going to design and build that first or high clearance lowers first.
They plan to build a the kit for 37’s so it can be used to compete in the Ultra 4 class.

Looking forward to seeing what they come up with.
