Anyone tried the maverick max brakes on the 2 seater .. I'm looking for a little more stopping power and I heard the max brakes are a little bigger than the 2 seater.

There is a couple threads on this subject floating around. I'm pretty sure Alex confirmed you need to replace the calipers too unless you have access to a machine shop to make an offset brackets...

Thanks, I figured calipers would be needed .. I was thinking about doing them on the front only because I don't like the brake bias as it is .. I'd like a little more brake in the front to keep the more planted feeling coming into a curve

Max rear brakes are the same as non-Max, so no point swapping them. Max front has bigger calipers (27mm vs 32mm) and rotors (214mm vs 220mm).

Sounds like it pretty much evens out the bias, though it depends on your tires/weight/terrain.

Just ordered the parts to do mine.
