This weekend the maverick developed a loud gear box whine in low and a high pitch whine and vibration in high gear.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm running STM clutches and 30" mudlites. I know It's not the belt because I change the belt and the noise is the same. When I drained the gear box fluid it was black with only about 10 hours on it.
Im thinking XMR trans if I can't get this one warrantied. Do you have to remove the engine to change the trans/gearbox?

After owning 5 different canams over the last 7 years never had a gearbox issue until now and it only has 450 miles on it.

Bumbed:sad:
