I had the exhaust, tunes, intake etc for 6 months and I am still really happy. The customer support has been great for tech questions etc.

Only issue so far has been the quiet core plug fell out even though I used loctite .

Overall glad I went AA. Tim

I have been about 4 months with AA tune and intake as well. I agree customer service is fantastic and I have been happy with the product.

When you're spending money most companies are great, its after they have your money you see if they are good or not.

I've had the same experience with AA gear and customer service.
Got mine right after Tim and so far I like everything from them. I did have to modify my cvt a little for the fingers to fit and work properly.
1500 so far on their tunes and clutch.

Anyone thrown any codes since running the AA tunes? Which level has been your favorite for those that have tried more than one?

I have 4 tunes.

No codes on any of them.

I run 2 or 3 at the dunes , rarely 1 or 4. Tim

I have three tunes for 120hp unit from AA. I peppered him with questions and they were very helpful. I’m on the 150hp tune now and no codes. Started with the 140hp tune first. Got one of my Polaris friends to use AA as well.
After I source a stock intercooler and charge tubes, I’ll load my last tune. As everyone already said, great customer service.

I am looking for a 120 non-intercooled and I didn't see anything listed on the AA site.

How're you liking the exhuast? Does it drone at low speeds or in low gear.

I have headsets on or a helmet and I'm not sure I know exactly what that means.

I have not noticed anything that bothered me.

Tim, I got the stage 2 AA set up shipped to me and I notice there is 5 files in the tuner. Is each an actual tune or the 5 build 1 tune? I decided to installed #3 for giggles and it feels a touch off. The sport switch doesn't seem to function anymore. If I start the car in sport then it mostly ripps but flipping the eco switch doesn't seem to do anything at least by way of butt dyno.

Each one should be a tune..

Take a picture of the screen.

. They should say 1 2 3 4 etc. Maybe the only active is stage 2?

. Stage 2 to be honest is just more peppy throttle wise, 3 and 4 make a big improvement

. I never use eco on a tune so I am not sure how that works. Tim

Only one of those is for your model. Call and ask Mike about that. I remember something about that, mine only has the correct ones now and I do not remember how all that went. Tim

Fun update. I guessed right on the tune to install. LS3 is my compat mode according to the vehicle info and my pv_info, I either read that when it was pairing or I'm just that smart. And I forgot to adjust the crack pressure in 3 turns. So I did that this morning.

I use eco all the time with my AA tune. Need to let off the go pedal for the computer to switch over. Idle is lower in eco, boost comes on slow, car is less jumpy. Great for cruising with the dog. Thing is actually smoother than crap in eco. Just no explosive accel. Plus the gas mileage is awesome.

Yep I also use eco mode with my AA tune when rock crawling so I can control the throttle. In sport mode the throttle is far too touchy to rock crawl with.
