Hook Brake Lights to whips

My whip module has a brake light wire.

I am tried hooking into the brake light wire on of the taillight harness and all works great until I turn on the blinker with the brake pedal pressed. At that point the whip goes from Red (power on the wire) to back to the original mode whip was in.
What is happening is as the blinker cycles on and off, because it uses the brake light filament and turn the brake light off and on, as a result the whip module wire sees the cycling of the power goes in brake mode and out with the blinker.

I'm trying to figure out how to get a constant power from somewhere when the brake pedal is pressed. Not sure where to to look or if even possible with the aftermarket blinker system taking control of power to the brake light to make it blink.

Thoughts on how to solve my issue, I'm going nuts!

I haven’t installed whips yet but plan to. Are you sure it’s using power to turn the whips on and not a ground? Most brake systems supply a ground when pushed to complete the power circuit. If this is the case, you would need to splice your whips in ahead of the blinker system so they keep the steady ground (or signal) and don’t flash.

Did you install the whips? Have an install drawing by chance?
