Finally brushed up on how to properly interact on a forum and can insert a quote! He plans to do so in retirement...at least that is the excuse for the new building. Concrete is finally coming through today actually. I am sure he will tinker around. I don't forsee him becoming a full time restoration guy who buys and sells, but who knows?
