Anyone had any experience with HCR Racing's new Sportline A Arms and Trailing Arms? They look great and the price is right. Just don't want to pay the huge price for expensive a arms...(I know...you get what you pay for).
I have no personal experience with HCR, but the dealer I just bought my machine from wanted me to buy HCR shock tower brace, gusset kit, and bulkhead from them as HCR is local here in Cedar City, UT. They're priced well, but there was a car sitting there with HCR everything, front upper and lower a-arms, trailing arms, radius rods, shock brace, etc. and I looked it over closely. The welds, and just the general fit and finish of their parts didn't look anywhere as nice as CT Raceworx or S3 Powersports stuff and for the parts I was looking for HCR wasn't really any cheaper. Would love to shop local and support a local manufacturer, but at the end of the day I'm going to spend my money where I think I'm getting the best product and service.

Not that it matters but I don't believe HCR makes all of those parts, they use sub's, Last year when I was buying suspension parts I looked at the HCR gusset parts and I think they were TMW subs. I have no way of know for sure and they could have changed them since.

Their budget arms don't look like a product I wouldn't buy. I have their regular arms and I like them well enough, they were like my third or fourth choice but everyone else was out at the time. I haven't had any issues though.

Don't know much about HCR, but I do know that CT Raceworx stuff is bulletproof! All backed with a lifetime warranty. The only issue is the wait, but their parts are definitely worth waiting for.

It's just the gusset kit that they sell that they don't fab, but they state that it's TMW. Good to hear that you've had good luck with their a-arms so far, though.

Just keep in mind that budget arms are budget for a reason. Personally I think you'd be better off with either the regular arms. It's pretty easy to get into situations that exceed the strength of these cars.

What am I missing, because from what I saw their prices were higher than both CT Raceworx and S3 Powersports?

Upper and Lower A-Arms:
CT Raceworx: $1460
S3 Powersports: $1049
HCR Racing: $1874

The HCR kit at $1999 includes trailing arms. Just the upper and lower a-arms are $999.00

I used the HCR Sport Line A-Arms and Trailing Arms in my wifes car, did a 64" to 72" conversion. I think they are great for the recreational rider. If you are into big air, pay the price for parts designed for that kind of abuse, like the more expensive Sport Line, or CT, Geiser, LoneStar etc.... 800 miles later, very satisfied. One note, the early versions of the rear trailing arms did have some issues with the sway bar mounts. HCR contacted me and is sending me a new set on their dime, even tho I have not had any issues. Kudo's to them.

I do note, based on my conversations with HCR, these are not made "in house". But, like I said, zero issues so far.

HCR is a direct competitor of ours for suspension parts....and I'll say they make some pretty good stuff. I wouldn't second guess anything they put their name on. Good company and solid parts.
100% agree, your company is great as well. I think you two are the only companies making a 64 to 72 conversion kit. I like them both.

Hi, did you end up purchasing these? I'm looking into purchasing these. If so, how do you like them? Also, what did the hardware kit come with? Do I need bushings?
