Are the flat smooth fasteners that hold the outer side skid plates and the lower rocker panels on a rivet? They have a small hole in the center which is why I question them. I find it hard to believe they would use a rivet that has to be drilled out and replace with new ones, but these sure don't want to be pried off. So can someone confirm his for me before I bust out the drill?

Thanks,
Brandon

Yes they are rivets. 3/16 steel big heads @ 1" long. I put some back in when I did my doors
I recommend a hydraulic rivet gun

I put a full width under belly pan and had to use self tapping screws on the outside edges where the rivets once held the stock pan pieces, sucked up the pan tight to the frame, no issues so far.
