Any updates?
looks like the 46mm puts out around 250 rwhp from the SXS blog video... about 15-20 more than the dynomite kit.

I saw that they upgraded the turbo for like 15 hp , I can't imagine being happy with that. I know they had to pretend to love it because they got the turbo for free but for paying customers the juice isn't worth that much squeeze.

hard to to say.. I think the turbo has WAY more capacity but the stock engine (with studs) is close to the limit... will be interesting to see what they can squeeze out of it in the future.

with the right tune a 46mm turbo should be 450+ hp
but getting the turbo past 40psi is problem

Thats what I'm talking about! 40 psi is getting up there.. Would rather flow more with a less psi though.

It is amazing the difference in size between the 46mm abd the stock turbo.....The pic doesnt really do it justice...The intake on the paragon is almost as big as the entire stock turbo....This is going to be sooo much fun.

I'm really curious to hear how responsive these systems are. I prefer snap over max power....but if I can have both, then I'm all for it

A 46mm on 900cc is going to have a shit ton of lag. That's why the drag guys do launch control at 4K or more, get the boost built before launch.

That I get, I haven't looked at efficiency maps and done any maps for these motors at all. With the oversize injectors, and tuning I know you can mitigate some of that, but I don't even know the stock turbo specs as a baseline. I'll throw boost at diesels, but it'll be some time until I start doing it to my x3. Parts are pricey

LOL .. you must not have thrown much power at diesels if you think Can-am parts are expensive!!

Well my diesel is also my DD....I justify it differently. Plus, if you aren't brand loyal, and don't need the newest stuff, old diesels can make plenty. Responsive.....not so much
