Does anyone rent out a diagnosing tool to clear check engine light for the 15 maverick xds turbo?
The local dealer wants $120 just to click a few buttons. Kinda ridiculous.

Sounds like a typical hour's worth of of work a dealer would charge. See if you can find a different dealer you can work with, and they can work with you.

That’s crazy we charge $25 to clear maintenance required or ck engine light. They must be pretty busy to get away with charging that much!

Never go back to a Stealership if it's not a warranty issue. Plenty of high quality independent shops to choose from.
