They are all coming out of Texas!! That is where the QC is being done just before shipping.
There are assembled in Mexico first.

I see in one picture that they moved battery to the rear for better weight distribution. My concern is the battery to close to exaust ? Will that cause another problem with the battery ?

I dont think its too close, shouldnt be a problem. Plenty of open space for fresh air to circulate around. The battery on alot of quads ive owned have been within inches of the headpipe and never a problem.
