your correct, big tires and extra weight cause issues
you will probably gain the most from a secondary change
a stiffer spring will work like gearing it down
the secondary (qrs) spring controls the up-shift
the stiffer the spring the slower the clutch up-shifts
the only down side to a stiff secondary is if the spring
is too stiff, it shifts too slow keeping the rpms high
and you could loose some top end mphs
most primary clutch kits raise engagement rpms and makes
very slow speeds jerky
for the guy with the jerky take off
sounds like you burned up the belt...
inspect and replace the belt if needed
you could try a softer spring in the primary clutch
softer spring will lower engagement rpm
and if you go too soft, you could also loose some max rps.
lower engagement rpm usually give a smooth engagement/take off
