Who thought it would be a good idea to have the CVT intake draw air 5-6" away from an extremely hot engine exhaust header? Let alone, have the CVT exhaust dump right next to it as well!

By the way, why does my 2014 not have the updated dual exhaust setup? I guess it came a little later than the first production of 2014's...

Those are both exhaust tubes. The driver side opening is the exhaust from the primary clutch the passenger side opening is the exhaust from the secondary. Put your hand under each one and you will fell air blow out of each one. The secondary exhaust does blow more air as the Rpms increase.

One of the intakes are located on the driver side at the A-pillar of the cage.

One more thing, given you name, you are in Texas and are eligible for the second CVT intake on the CVT cover. For those of us in warmer\hot climates, you should have it done or add a CVT blower setup.

Yeppers, see the service manager. They should do all of the service recalls that have been issued.
