At first I needed a substitute They did it... At no charge...
They shipped the wrong size substitute... sent new ones out... No Charge...
Forgot a piece of trim... Sent it out no Charge !!!

Like i said The customer service don't give some stupid excuse, or want you to ship it back then they will ship out the one I ordered...
