Search on KWI Clutching on YouTube, they have some great clutch videos. I'm not sure if the sport has the same clutch as the Sport Xrc, like mine, but their videos really helped me. Be ready to buy tools and the clutch is a real bear to get off the first time.
It is not the same as a X3 clutch. It is the same as a defender. you'll need a belt removal tool, a pc of threaded rod about 1/2in diameter and 18in long with couple big washers to compress the secondary. and a finish nail to tap out pins (these are DIFFERENT pins then the X3 you don't need a pin puller) Make sure you get the pins out before you attempt to turn the bolts the rollers ride on.
I'm working on a video but my video skills are not great. it might end up being a slide show.
