Is there a way to get the code without taking it to the dealer. I have tried he "hold the S button and flip high beams on off 3 times". Nothing seems to work, my nearest dealer is over an hour away. Runs fine no signs of problems, but I DO NOT WANT THAT LIGHT ON..

Thanks

No its only got 100 miles on it. I pulled the battery cable and waited about an hour and hooked back up. As soon as you start it it pops right back up.

Is there not a way to pull the codes without having to drive it to the dealer?

My check engine light has been coming on the last couple of rides that I've been out on, but only in the first five minutes or so. Then it goes out doesn't come on again for the rest of the day.

You turn the key on with lights wait for the system to run all the gauges then push the s button till it shows hours then push and hold the m button but at the same time flip the high low switch atleast 3 times in three seconds then codes will scroll across the screen
